I ordered a air venturi compressor Friday 21st and received it Wednesday morning the 26th a total of 3 working days I was very impressed and the compressor was packaged and works excellent, I was a little skeptical with the bad shipping reviews but I believe the co. Now has a new standard to make and please their customers, I will be purchasing more items from them with the great services they have proved to me thank you PYRAMID AIR

Junk. NO RETURNS.

These guys are one of the worst companies. We got a compressor product from them after told by one of the technical support personnel that it would work for an alternate use. After we got it, we had some technical questions to be clarified and it's impossible to reach them over phone or email. Even the company air venturi where they get the compressors from are crooks. They all hide from the customer once the product is sold. Then you have even any questions or problems, you're out of luck. I should have read the reviews here as well as at the reseller ratings com website. They have all one stars. Never would have done business with these crooks.

Pyramid Air has been a great place place to do business with.I am happy with all three rifles and accs. i have bought.The bulleseye points have paid for a bipod and ammo.One rifle is back for warranty exchange,but every time i have called the company.they return my call within 30 min, i think that's awesome and hard to find any place these days .

Purchased the Diana replica k98 in .22 and in less than 30 pellets had the rifle anti bear trap fail catastrophically.
I contacted them and was told Id get a full refund. I then contacted Diana in the US and was told to ship it back for warranty repair. After about a month it arrived repaired and sighted in so i know they tested their handiwork. The rifle is a rarity and I wanted it back so Im fully satisfied.

Absolute nightmare , they lost my gun $$755.00 and would not respond untill I contacted Attorney general and the BBB at which time they gave me a credit in bullseye bucks so I signed off as satisfied with the BBB but to my surprise they didn't activate the gift cards and after signing off with the BBB , they took back the credit leaving me with nothing .
Talk about fraud !!! They scammed the Better business bureau.
This is the most deceptive crooked company I have ever dealt with .
They rarely respond and when they do it's a different person than the last one , all make different claims and promises but in the end it's all a lie.
I would avoid at all cost ,
Keep in mind that Air Gun depot their sister company so I would avoid them as well.

I’ve bought multiple guns, ammo, and accessories from them. All uneventful transactions. Not sure what all the fuss and bad reviews are about. I will buy from them again.

Don't even waste your time trying to call this company on the phone.I cannot in this 21st century believe that a company with so much competition would not or will not take phone calls from customers.We'll take your money,but pleaseeee don't call us.......ain't gonna fly with this person.

Poorly packaged a big order of pellets in a box with paper stuffing, pellets half ruined, and after a week of back and forth emails, they offered me a partial credit of $25, out of at least 50 dollars worth of damaged pellets plus shipping charges lost...
Update to 3 stars, they replaced the pellets. Took a lot of arguing that was unnecessary.

I've recently made my third rifle purchase and have had multiple purchases of ammo and accessories. Yes there was some delays this year due to covid-19. I waited almost a month for a delivery but that was not their fault. I'm awaiting a very large purchase, about 5G and am confident they will deliver quality and satisfaction. Might take a week or two extra but these are tough times

This company is worthless. You CAN NOT reach them if you have an issue. Once you buy you're on your own.

Idk why everybody left bad reviews I got my order in two days and all bbs and co2 take I ordered all in the same package. The gun worked and the co2 tanks are full. I would recommend this website for the dpms cross man fully automatic air gun and any other accessories you need thanks again guys.
